Kandy Katz is a first-generation Vietnamese American born in New Orleans, LA. She earned a degree in Computer Science with a calling to work in the Real Estate industry and has been navigating the market since 2004. With over 20 years of home and mortgage sales experience, she oversees the marketing department at Absolute Mortgage & Lending. Kandy is a natural when creating social media content and educational videos on loan products and strategies to help home and business owners with creative financing solutions.

She enjoys cooking, getting outdoors, and doing yoga and hikes when not working. As of late, her priority has been to focus on her overall mental health and spiritual connection. Having migrated from a few major cities over the years, New Orleans, Dallas, and Denver, she can confidently say Lake Las Vegas feels the most like home. It is a hidden gem and gives her the sense of being semi-retired due to the golf courses, calm lake vibes, and views. She is a mom to two French bulldogs and is married to her supportive and loving husband, whom she adores.

Her goal is to eventually retire in Lake Tahoe, where she envisions owning a Healing lounge and coffee shop. She is well on her way, as her family just acquired a construction business based in Reno, NV, which will help with making her way up to northern Nevada.
